ultimate team crashing

every time i try to play in a online ultimate team game my console freezes when the game is loading on the screen were you can see the oppositions players and every time it gives me a loss so my record is 0-0-23,this is doin my head in

yeah mine to .0.0.2 I have given up on it for now tried hdd install and the disk both do it.guess ill play some more meet the robinsons :)..
