I actually saw something exactly like the fifth place one happen at a turnpike rest stop in New Jersey. It was this middle-aged woman in a Mercedes. She almost made it back onto the turnpike before they chased her down.

I don't know if gas got all over the place, because I wasn't getting gas. But I pulled in behind her as we were about to get back on the turnpike. Who knows how far she would have got if they hadn't caught her in time. Just goes to prove all the stuff people say about 'Jersey drivers' are true...
