Buying via US marketplace if in a PAL country?

I'm in New Zealand and it seems like this game isn't coming out here. I have a dummy US account that I've used to get a few XBLA games not available here and they work fine. Anyone know if this would be the case with Resident Evil 4, or would I need to download from a PAL marketplace?

i think the games on demand markit place are r lock the on the jap markit place thay are any way i can't download them any more
