Using Shared Stash?

Ok so i have all 3 classes on my gamertag and i wanted to give my set pieces to a different character.

So there are 2 chests, a personal one and the shared one. but every time i go to use the shared chest on the other char, there isnt anything in it.

How do you give items from one char to the other?

Two possibilities:

1. You are trying to give items from a Hardcore character no a non-Hardcore character, which the game doesn't allow.

2. You are experiencing the shared chest bug. You can read more about it here (http://forums.runicgames.com/viewtopic.php?p=141736) and here (http://forums.runicgames.com/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=16711). Should have been fixed with a title update long ago. I'm sure the official forums can provide some insight either way.
