Entering codes

Idk if this is just mine but my uplay passport does not fit the required 25 character code that Microsoft asks for. It goes XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
Also the code i got for in game content from gamestop is the same way. Any advice:mad:

The code should not be entered through the dashboard "redeem code" area. You need to activate this in the game and include the hyphen marks '-'

Here is the answer I found for Uplay Passport, my code didn't fit either (19 instead of 25 characters)


"if you "purchase" instead of activate the Uplay Passport, it is free from XBL. Guess they jacked that up or something"

so yeah it's free download even though it says "purchase"

ubisoft told me to just choose the free 2 day trial and it will work and not expire, it was a mistake they made on the north american versions or something

as far as the preorder codes or anything from the main menu you need to choose extras then exclusive content and input the code. people are saying you need to hyphens which isn't true, i entered mine without em and it worked fine

the North american versions are free. Just click to buy the online pass and it should be free. hope this helps
