Yeah, hey folks, random question, I can't decide.

I'm getting an iPod Video 30GB 100% certain, but I don't know what to get, Black or White?

I am aware that black is a nicer colour HOWEVER it is a fingerprint magnet whereas the white colour isn't as bad for the fingerprints, but the colour isn't as sexy...

Whatever color you choose, stay far, far away from this case. This case is hell for your Ipod. It will leave the front screen scratched and very ugly. After a few months of using it on my 30 GB, I can barely see the screen without having to have the backlight on. Do yourself the favor and stay away from this devil.

I have a White 80Gb iPod Video. I think white is more iPod, that's the colour they are known for. Less Fingerprints, they are barely visible, and the Colour compliments the screen while watching a movie. I personally would get the White one, but I think it looks sexier than the black one to start with.

Sure, the black is prone to fingermarks, but they can easilly be rubbed off. The white gets dirty very easilly, and often the wheel gets discoloured and dirt gets traped around the centre button which shows up a lot on the white.

I think you can see what side I'm on. I own a white, and I really regret not buying the black instead.

My vote went for black, I personally prefer that color, and mine is white....like Cold Rival said, the wheel gets dirty and it's tougher to get that off.

But either way, congrats and enjoy.

I voted for Black by accident. White is alot better then it. Cause its the Apple color!
