Officers in other scenarios...

Hey I did the method in Gathering of Heros and git ABOUT 243 officers. I lost count, I know it was over 240.

I don't feel like sitting for hours with recruiting and waiting.

So if try to beat the other scenarios, would they possibly be there to get the other remaining ones?

Yes, you could find them in the other scenarios. The only problem with that is the fact that some of the characters may have died before the time period of that particular scenario.

do you always get someone new if you search wide and get an officer?

Not always. Your best bet is to bribe the officers with items so you can take them directly from other rulers.
