I take no credit for this but Zebrasqual sent me a message on xbl on how to get these two games.

How to buy from the phone marketplace.
1st. In internet explorer on your phone visit http://zebrasqual.hostzi.com.
2nd. Scroll the down until you find the game you want to download e.g SW:Cantina and tap on it.
3rd. Scroll down and tap on "download the game".
4th. It will redirect you to a zune page and before it loads fully it will take you to the marketplace with the option to try or buy it.

Thanks a lot I really wanted Cantina but got a wp7 just as they deleted it. Just bought the game and it worked perfectly.


NOTE: This only works with the two SW games, Fast and Furious and Crackdown Project Sunburst can not be obtained this way.

You shouldn't have a problem and there is no reason to get banned seeing as the game is still on the servers. If you obtain Crackdown 2: Project Sunburst and FFA you would probably run into some trouble.

I don't think these links will let you download anything that's not available in your regional marketplace yet. I'm from the UK and tried to download sudoku, as it's still not released in the UK yet and the "try" and "buy" buttons are not there along with no price, just like FFA and Crackdown. The description was there, along with screenshots though!

Mango might have caused the change, but it affected the zune marketplace for all versions. I STILL can't get Mango, (see here: http://www.wpcentral.com/deutsche-telekom-sends-omnia-7-mango-update-scheduling) and the games are no longer available for purchase.

Shame I can't grab these games anymore, I noticed that there is lots of games on the list which are not even out yet.

Hmm not sure, i thought someone on the first page tried to do that and it didnt work.

M$ will have seen on the sales reports that there were still sales being made against these titles when there shouldn't be any. Then they'll have realised there was a loophole and fixed it.
