AS most people when i attempted the time trials they were some what impossible, you had like 13 minutes to do a level that took around 15 minutes, but then i came across and interesting glitch /cheat. So now i am going to share my little secret.
Step 1
--------
On the menu select replay Level on the load screen. Select your map Example: Peru, then choose the time trial difficulty.
Step 2
--------
When its loaded as soon as you control Lara press start and select quit.
Step 3
--------
Now like step one select your map again on replay level but DONT CHANGE THE DIFFICULTY, as you will see it will be set to whatever you did the campaign as when you completed th game.
Step 4

As you can see you are playing the level with no clock ticking, Nice Aye? but BEWARE because when you die the clock does start again but even if you die half way through the map you will get a nice advantage, but its best to get right to the end and die on the last part. EASY!!!
BONUS STEP

Do the time trial on Nepal so you unlock the "one bullet kills" cheat, this makes killing bosses on the other time trials Very EASY and will help you even more.
