Where is the linebacker located? I got the pre-order from GameStop, but I'm not sure where it is.

Also where the unlocker item is.

Can anyone help?

Its a reward for completing a side quest that is also included in the pre-order.
You don't get it until later in the game.

The automatic unlocking devices can be bought or found around the world.

And the free one I suppose is in the apartment?

Yeah, but there's a bunch more later in the game. At times you can find 5 or more auto unlocks sitting on people's desks.

As of right now, I have 15 in my inventory...
