Minions Fully Equipped Achievement

What is the best way to get this achievement? When you get them all the way equipped, what is the percentage at? Any help/tips would be appreciated.

I used a strat that involves 50 green minions in the town in ruborain desert. Just have them pick up everything and yull get the achievment soon enough. DONT go with browns, because browns have an irritating way of tossing out there gear for crappy gear, causeing this to take alot longer.
