Complete Airbase Chapter 3 with more than 2:30 minutes remaining.

HELP...I'm stuck. I've done everything else. This is the only achievement I need. I can't seem to get this within the time limit. Any help/advise/tips/strategy would be greatly appreciated. I already tried the shooting 5 down at a time, but even that is not helping. Thanks in advance.:confused:

You can also try to shoot all ten down. The main thing is to stay in one area so when the planes crash they are not all over the place.

I did 5 at a time, but the thing to remember is lock on then shoot. Do not waste time and stay in one area. If you chase the planes you will run out of time. I stayed on the air strip you start on.

Finally got it last night. Thanks for all your help Warrior. I actually managed to get all ten of them down before going for the scan/pick up...After I shot the first one down, I pulled back on the left analog stick to slow Starscream down and then just circled the down jet. As the other nine jets came in I shot them down. They all fell pretty close to each other because I kept going around the downed jets doing about 40 mph. Also keep in mind that the jets fly in groups of two. If you shoot one, the other one should be pretty close. Just lock on to a jet and fire the heavy missile. Hope this info is helpful to some one.

Your welcome. :D The main thing is to stay in one area. Its when you go chasing them that you lose alot of time.
