Elite Accessories

So......i'm a fan of the first Xbox, that big black box and i thought to myself when i heard about the 360 "yessurrrrrrrrr" (or some crap) and was disappointed when it was white.

Anywho......when the Elite was announced i was happy, but then i heard they'd had problems too so i thought nuts to it, i'll just keep my working premium console and get the Elite accessories instead, i.e a controller and play and charge etc.

But i can't find them anywhere in the UK :mad: i know the console isn't even out here yet but i'd thought i'd find 'em somewhere!

So my 2 questions are......

Does anyone know where i can get the Elite accessories in the UK either on the web or from a shop?

And

Are the controllers region free? If i was to order one from play-asia would it work on my PAL console?

They probably won't be released until the Elite is too. I think Game.co.uk are selling accessories seperately once it is released so other places may follow suit. Lik-Sang used to sell Black controller shells, but Sony screwed that up =\

Otherwise, buy some black paint and do it yourself =)

either way you can easily find and replace the white with the black for cheaper than buying the new accessories.

I've heard rumours that the black accesories don't work with the white consoles and vice-versa. But someone could have made that up.
