Just tried it today and it did not work. I cleared my system cache but then I couldn't access the save. Just a heads up

It was patched a while ago. I had to speed through Act 1 and use http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Sebastian_Vael/Approval this page to get the achievement.
