Ok, so I get a lot of random ass friend requests and messages because I have a decently large gamerscore and I'm a known Vista user for Shadowrun (and for the love of God, do not take that as an invite to send me an FR, it will be declined).. but tonight I got a voice message and an FR from "Blyster69" and it was as follows:

Hey, what's up, dude? I just wanted to know if you wanted to come to my birthday party. Um, yeah, alright... bye, asshole.

Now, I have no freaking clue who this kid is or why he called me an asshole. Anyone run across this guy, know what his deal is?

He has a 20k + gs so i dont think he was insulting your score. Maybe he is a site member and was having a laugh. Either way I dont need anymore Cloverfield 1-18-08 myteries.

Welcome to my world and everyone else that has a high score. If I go two days without someone sending a message tell me I have no life i have to check and see if my score has reset. I have to laugh because they say I have no life but they are the ones that feel they have to send a message to someone the know nothing about. It's just pathetic. I just file a complaint and never respond. If I was to respond it would just give them hope that thier existence is meaningful.

I think he was trying to joke about your gamertag, not score. He probably messed up the joke, got pissed and called you an a**hole.

i have a very low Gamerscore (which I'm working on at the moment). I still get messages from people who are asking about achievements and how to get this and that......

covert you have no reason to file a complaint what you say is

"I do have a life, i can get most achievements in half the time as most people by using xbox360achievements.org, you should use it too you could have my score in no time":p:p


i also recommend people to the site if they want to get a higher score

Your comparing filing a complaint on live to calling the cops.:confused: Even though it's silly, I well answer your question though. I would not call the cops because they have more important things to take care of then someone beening an A'hole. And frankly, although it would be harassment ,they wouldn't do anything about it. Now on live, the complaint system is there for this very thing. The only reason it exists is to file complaints against A'holes.

I got another message from that guy yesterday who said he saw this thread, and he said it was a friend of his who sent messages to a bunch of people on his recently played list from Shadowrun. So he may not be a douche afterall, but he's got some douche friends I guess. Unless he was lying.
