If you quit game and restart does progress count

I can't get past the jabba level so I have to keep restarting from the begining does it all count jawas served etc. Also what level did everybody unlock there great day achievement 150 happy customers in a row

This would be nice to know as you could keep replaying the levels that get you the most Storm Troopers. It's a bit of a kick having to play like 10 levels just to get to them.
