I'm sad to see how underated this game is, only 2 threads?! Anyway I just wanted an idea on how easy and quick 1000G on this game is? Thanks.

I wouldn't have thought it will be a quick game to complete the 1000G - some of the tougher ones require you to win every stage (21 of them) and all the jerseys and one requires you to complete a Tour with every team (22 of them). Love the game though, you need a lot of patience, just like in real life.

Fair enough, seems to me the game needs a lot of time than skill to finish, good to hear.

Well, you have to master the skills of cycling - i.e. when to attack, when to conserve energy etc. But considering I just won my first TdF with Contador by over 17 minutes, I shouldn't imagine it will be too hard to clear up all the achievements. Just plenty of time needed, like you say.

I've tried it, won 2 TdF and I can say it's not just about patience, there must be lots of skills involved to achieve 1000G in this game. It's a hard one. Achievmnts like "win all stages", "wear always the yellow", "win with an expert team", requires planification, skill and replay. Besides, the game has glitched on me: a simple achievmnt like "win 2 Tdf" has not popped for me, so no more cycling in a while.

If you are a cycling fan than this game is ok.
It will cost much time, and some boring moments, but I think its ok.

I'm really struggling with this game. I love cycling but can't master the basics of this. Any tips anyone?!
