cannot use seraphine?

not sure why but i have the DLC for the Skin that came with the game but it wont let me use it or the bow...

Could have told you this over Xbox msgs but you need to go into 'special features' then go into Extra's and press right on the d-pad. you'll see it says 'pre-order bonus'. turn serephine skin and assassin pack to 'on' and 'apply' respectively.
you should be able to use them now.
