control tails?

I've tried different levels, different modes, different controllers. I can't seem to get player 2 to be able to control tails :(

This is sonic adventure buddy.

In on way is this game multi-player at all, so you'll never have to people controlling characters on the screen at the same time.

Probably a huge disappointment for someone who's never touched SA before, but that's how it is!

In both the Dreamcast and Gamecube versions, player 2 can control tails in the Sonic missions.

But not in the XBLA version, and by extension, the PC version.
