My guess is this is vaporware since it was related to Game Room, which has had a new game pack release in years now? It's a shame too, it was a great idea that could have been implemented much better.

I love Time Pilot. Would have been great on the phone :( Maybe... actually... they probably could have screwed up the controls pretty easily... maybe it's a blessing this game never saw the light of day? Alas, we shall never know :(
