damaged file?

i was goign back and getting achievements when my 360 froze when its was saving all i did was go check my friends in the guide and when i exited out of it my game froze. So i turned it off then back on and whenever i try to load my game its says it is damged so i have to start a new game? If anybody can relate plz help me

Try loading the system up without a game in it. Then load up the game. If that does not work then I am sorry to say but you may have to start over.

That sucks sorry to hear that. That is why I have two memory cards and a hard drive. I have had that happen to many times.
