killing innocents

Is there anything specific you must do to kill innocents? I sweep my minions near peasants and they wont attack, they just walk by and if I attack I'll just kick them down, but nothing more. Are the innocents towards the beginning not killable or am I doing something wrong?

You need to target them with the left trigger otherwise your minions won't attack and you just knock them down. All peasants/innocents are killable, even Archie, you just need to show that you are sure you want to attack them by targetting them.

also just in case your stuck on this, the elves in the forest can only be killed with blue minions, a hint is given earlier on in the game when it says that they can kill magical presence but i didn't catch on to it, and in order to get your defeat all dungeon creatures one you have to of killed at least one elf in the forest for it to be on the list. Have fun killing the loyal as potato civilians.
