Where do you get the goth mistress?

You get her from defeating sir william and you get to choose her over the other one.

It will jack your Corruption up by a good bit if you choose Velvet over Rose, though. I don't believe there's enough "good deeds" left in the game after that point to fully remove that Corruption prior to the end, so if you're going for the Zero Corruption Achievement, you have to stick with Rose (likewise, for Full Corruption, you need Velvet.)

I've killed an innocent and looted quite a few buildings, before I checked the achievements and then these forums... do you think there are enough "good deeds" left for me to get Zero or should I now focus my efforts on being really evil instead?

I'm still on the first area, haven't even defeated the first boss yet, and I did let the villagers keep the food.

then i suggest you should be good, you need to keep the food to be 100% corrupted, and there will be enough good deeds left
