Achievement: NEIGHSLAYER. How to get it?

anyone got this one? Any advise where and how? I tried it on 4 slime enemies and got 5 with one hit but it didn't work. Maybe cause it was not the right smash move

Wondering the same thing. Maybe the hobby has to be fully upgraded? That's all I can figure out.

I think their is really only one smash move, but I got it a little after you get the hobby horse, it was a battle with ice snarks and the black slime creatures. I believe it's the room with the giant frozen fish in the wall, but what I did was back myself into a wall, letting them get in my face, there should at least be four in that area bytheway, and just hit the Y button to use the hobby horse. Try hitting Y once or holding it til' the attack completes.

This I can confirm you don't need to upgrade it, I got It with the first level of the hobby horse.

the key is "lock-on(LT) then Y" just 1 hit

I got this achivement during the timed Radula Room fight with numerous Madcaps. They just swarmed me and I swung the hobby horse like mad and got the achivement by accident.

In chapter 3 there is a room with re-spawning slugs which you need to kill to open the path to continue, just keep circling them until they are clumped together and fire away with your Hobby Horse. Neigh!

Use a clockwork bomb to make them all focus on it. Then move up close. Press Y three times and make sure you turn around and smash the slugs on the third hit :) that's how I unlocked it for my girlfriend. I can confirm you don't need to KILL 4 enemies with the final blow as I got it after I HIT 4 enemies at once on my profile :)

I got it with one upgrade at the beginning of chapter 3 on the first try. I had 4 leeches and a baby and used the hammer.

i got it in the second radula room (the one with all the madcaps)

i basically just spammed Y the entire time lol, beat the room and got the achievement :)

I got it with the horse at lvl 1, in chapter 2 Radula room 2 (the one where the mad hatter says theres no time" they swarmed me making it easy to hit 4 at once

I worked on this for a few hours, read your post and the first time I tired it... "Boopbeep" Got it! The key is defiantly to LOCK ON, when you attack!

I just got this one today. It's alot easier than i thought. What i did was when in the raudla room where you have to kill everything, only use the Hobby Horse! The attack is the last in the combo when Alice jumps and slams it down. Do that when your surrounded by alot of enemys and you should get it

Is it possible to do the Radula Rooms again? I'm about to beat the game, but I still don't have this achievement.

I swear I hit four slugs with the slam attack a few times, but it never unlocked for me.

An easy way that I found was to use someone else's version of using the clockwork bomb, but use it in the Mad Hatter level. The part where it teaches you Hysteria, I dropped a bomb, then waited for all the insidious ruins to gather and hit "y" until the third blow. It does not have to completely kill them, just needs to hit 4 at once on the final blow.

I was having this same issue, make sure you "lock on". And you only need to push "Y" once, just make sure their grouped together well enough.

It is possible to replay the radula rooms, you just need to replay the stage it's in and it should be open again.

I also tried it on the slugs, and I KNOW I hit at least 4 and was locked on and nothing. Got it in a matter of seconds in the mad cap radula room that's already been referenced here.

I've tried the radula room and where you get hysteria but I just can't seem to unlock the achievement. Getting very frustrated as this is my last one before I play through the original.

Best advice I can give you is to try either of those locations, and you could try using the clockwork bomb to clump enemies up and keep them in one place long enough to use the combo.
