Gameplay help??

Hey ppl, bin playing this game for about a day now, just got the arcanium smelter, and returned it to the tower, also got the 3rd level of the fire spell and am stuck on what to do next in terms of the story line etc. theres a bridge to the stronghold but it hasnt been opened and the only turn style is on the other side. Does anyone know if i have to go in the mine where the arcanium smelter was to carry on the gameplay or if there is another way i need to go. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. CP

If you're at the part I think you're at, you need to get some Blues and send them across the moat and over to the wheel to lower the bridge.

a little addition to what bluntman was saying is that the area that you can send your blues into the water is on the left side of the bridge. I kept trying to send mine down on the right side of the bridge by the teleporter and then finally figured it out haha. also a little recommendation, try and fully upgrade your Arcanium weapon for when you go and fight Goldo, it makes it a hell of a lot easier.
