Cache clear won't remove updates

Title, basically. Latest dashboard. I've used the clear system cache several times now (System=>Settings=>Memory=>Hard Drive=>Y) and it's not removing game updates.

Any ideas? I'm having trouble getting anything out of google that isn't old X X LB RB XX info.

EDIT: NM. Rock band just stores its title updates in a non-standard way. Is there a delete post button around somewhere? Can't find it if so.

Turn the xbox off then back on? .. Then try it? Or sign out of xbox live, then try and clear the cache
