"Land Shark" and "Ring a Ding Ding" issues?

OK, I've been killing myself trying to get both of these.

For the Land Shark (stay underground for 2 mins), I did the Skorponok level and stayed underground for well over 2 mins but I didn't get it. What gives? Do you have to stay underground but not move or something? If so, how do you get through the level?

As for the Ring a Ding Ding one, where you have to hit your enemy with a Helio phone that's on top of the Helio store, I tried doing that a bunch of times during the Optimus vs. Megatron level, but never got the points.

Anyone else have issues with either of these?

Im having problems getting the ring a ding achievement too. Ive used the phone on the level right before the battle Opt vs Meg and wasnt able to get it (I used it on the sumo sub mission). Im thinking the blow has to kill the person like the other weapon achivements, I just cant find a good opportunity to do it. As far as the Skorponok underground one, I read on a forum you just have to go underground and sit there. Hope this helps, let me know what you find out. Peace

When I got the land shark all I did was play one of the submissions with Skorponok. Went under ground and let it set. I didn't move or anything. 2 minutes later it unlocked.

As far as the phone I am not sure on. I know i killed a bot with it and it unlocked for me.

if you dont know yet - the phone can be done - in the last stand - mish - if your looking at the map - the park - if i recall - sumo side mish north -

theres a helio building to the left side of the park - you can get the phone from atop of the building - and in a submish - or a real mish - you can time it - to get the phone before you run out the 30 sec timer down -

i grabbed the phone - tossed it closer to the fighting zone and got the timer reset then grabbed the phone - tossed it at a baddie and got achiev after

seen you tried with optie - i did mine with ironhide -dont know if thats means much

yea i got my landshark achievement by just free roaming with scorponok, i didn't stay still, in fact i was collecting cubes while i was underground when i got it.

I think i used Ironhide as well, and when i threw the phone the blow didn't kill the enemy, but i got the achievement. So it could be different methods work for different people :/ oh and also when i got it, it was at the level when you fight those Energon Drones.

Yea, I still don't know why you would have an issue with these. If you are, I am sorry to hear it. I even tried other ways on another profile and still got them to unlock.
