anyone know where red orb is?

cant find last orb should be the red one. i think its in the room where 1 square lights up with helmet on but cant figure pattern out. also does anyone know which runes get which orbs by the vault. thanks.:p

its in room with 4 squares. order left top left put helmet on bottom right helmet off top right. RUNES snake-red shield-blue mountain-white gold-purple death-green. hope this helps someone else stuck.
