I seem to like it so far, reminds me of a cross between super meat boy and max and the magic marker for wp7. not bad but the achievements will definitely take some time to complete

Best arcade game in my opinion.
Most are garbage, but there are FEW exceptions.

I'm enjoying it quite a bit. Pretty easy. Achievements will take a little time. It reminds me of meat boy like another poster said but crossed with sonic.

I don't really like it, which is a surprise as I normally love 2d platformers of all kinds.

I find the controls to be a bit awkward, which is a major negative. As a comparison, Super Meat Boy has exquisite controls, and that's really important in a game like this. The controls are a bit too fiddly for my liking, and there's little niggles like when you move the analog from one side to the other, he does a few backward steps before turning around. Sure, it can look flashy backflipping around, but I find it rather annoying to play.

Also, the massive focus on exploration and collectibles is not something I really care about. I'm more into the joy/challenge of traversing the levels. I've literally finished some levels in this game in seconds; skipping out collectibles and extra areas to explore. I guess I'm playing it wrong then, but if I wanted to explore and hunt for treasure on a 2D plane I'd play Metroid.

Finally, the achievements are far too focused on completing/collecting things. It's one of those games where the vast majority of the points will come towards the end of the game... and sadly I don't like it enough to stick around. That said, achievements are never a major issue for myself, so I'm not too bothered.

It's definitely a good game, if it's your thing, but I was hoping for something more like Meat Boy; more challenge and speed, less exploration.
