Anyone else having this problem??

When im playing mortal kombat, my character starts moving to the left as if i were moving the thumbstick, but im not. i thought it was a controller issue, but
this is the only game it happens in and my friend experienced this problem as well? Is it my controller?

Your thumb sticks could be loose (deadzone) and the game may be very sensitive and pick this up as movement. It always happens to me, I end up buying a new controller every year becuase of it.
