Ending C and D run question.

I completed the game the first time, and then when going for ending B, I enjoyed all the new cutscenes.

Do The runs for ending C or ending D have any new cutscenes added throughout the game, or is the only difference at the end?

EDIT: didn't see any new cutscenes until I killed the shadow master at the end of Run C.

The save at the end of C gave a 3rd symbol, so something may be different if I play that, but I just reloaded my save from before the end of C and finished from there.

I believe all the mid-game stuff remains the same for B, C and D. I remember starting to watch them during my C run but never seeing anything new about halfway in, I started skipping them. So I'm not positive, but I don't think so.

I'm hoping there are. So far I'm on my second playthrough and the additional story makes this game even more amazing.
