I have read conflicting reports whether you need to do the bonus levels for this achievement.

Has anybody here already got this achievement WITHOUT doing the bonus levels?

Define bonus. If you mean level 31 and 32 then they are not required. But if you mean the new 9 levels then you only need to complete levels 1 through 8 in that episode.

There is also the secret level on level 2 which is apparently (according to the wiki) only on the xbox version.

I really hope it isnt required as i didnt know about it and am currently on level 15 of UV.

Does anyone know if there is a way to access the super secret level 'Betray' from a later level?

None of the secret levels are required for the achievement. I avoided the secret levels at all costs and got it just fine.
