View Full Version : Rule #3 complaint...

I am going to apply, but the problem for me is Rule #3 on the 1000 point club.

It states:
3. You MUST be able to connect to Xbox live, if there are no dates or timestamps by all (meaning you strictly play offline only) of your achievements you will not be accepted.

The problem is that my girlfriend's Internet connection is very dodgy, so it drops occasionally (why I don't play online when I'm at her place), so some of my achievements have no date on them - the Xbox Live connection had dropped when I gained it, and then the Internet connection returned so it was flagged online properly.

According to Rule #3, I'm not valid for a whole ton of my games because I played them at her place and gained the achievements when the Internet connection had dropped.

How exactly is this fair???

The rule is in place so people can't hide GS cheating. Something like how you manged to play 500 matches, scored 1000 goals and have won all leagues and cups in one day on PES 08. Now if you had of made it so the achievement was showing as offline, it would have been harder to spot, but since there is a date stamp on it, its very obvious. So I wouldn't worry about rule #3, when you are ineligible for the clubs because of rule #8.

The irony. It hurts my brain.

Besides you obviously glitching PES 2008, most of the achievements I've seen on your account have been achieved when online(if they were achieved at all), so you WOULD have been eligible since the rule states that only if ALL of the achievements were obtained online then you wouldn't be eligible.

But, I don't believe you'll ever be eligible now...

I wanted to hear his response, but I see he has been on since then and has chosen not to defend himself. Find it funny how its always the ones that shouldn't be bring attention to themselves that end up bringing attention to themselves.

I understand that but leaving it open allows others to post their thoughts on the OP; which isn't necessary at this point. Pms will take care of it he wants to defend himself to you; to Club Directors or anyone.
