Dominating is definitely glitched

Just beat Edge (the CPU) twice without taking any damage at all. He did not land one hit. No achievement unlocked. And as far as the "easy" way goes, that is most certainly not easier. In triple threat elimination, they both come after you and rarely ever fight each other. Plus without doing any moves, you cannot run, so if one of them does a suicide dive, you're screwed and have to restart the match. This is hands down the most ridiculous achievement in this game, even more so than the John Cena and Ultimate Warrior achievements. Has anyone else actually unlocked this? And if you did, how in the blue hell did you do it?

EDIT: Didn't realize you could do a triple threat match with two controllers and use one controller to beat the crap out of the CPU, then pin with the other one that's signed on with the gamertag. I played the video without sound at first. I'll post back with results, but I can confirm that trying to get this achievement legit does not work at all.

EDIT 2: Nope, still not working. Beat the crap out of the CPU with the second controller, pinned it with the first one, and still no achievement. I got Slobberknocker for beating the computer without using any grapples, but no Dominating achievement. I have to assume this achievement is just glitched, period. Can someone please tell me how they got it? Because I've now done it both legit (twice), and the way that YouTube video in the roadmap showed. I'm completely stumped. This is the annoying achievement I wanted to bang out first before going after the others, figures it's the one that's also being stubborn.

I did it with the two controller method and also on Medium difficulty and it unlocked. Are you playing on rookie?

I used the handicap match method. Triple threat isn't smart because of the AI characters targeting you.

Yes, I was playing on Rookie. Why, does this particular achievement have to be done on Normal? I don't see why it would, everything else has been unlocking just fine for me on Rookie, and I have only used my second controller for the Fantasy Warfare matches. Can someone please confirm that this doesn't work on Rookie difficulty? I'd do it myself, but I'm going to bed in a few minutes.

Or were you the opponent, while the other controller was the tag team partner of the CPU (meaning the second controller would turn on the CPU and beat down on his partner)? And can the second controller wrestler take damage, or do both of them have to not take any? AND, if the computer reverses but doesn't do any damage, does that void this achievement?

And one last question. Did anyone get this in a match that wasn't a handicap match? If this works for everyone else and not me, I am seriously gonna punch a wall. But, I wouldn't be surprised either. It seems I'm always having to get some of my achievements a completely different way than the way that's worked for everyone else.

I didn't have a second controller for the handicap match. It was just me with AI Big Show vs AI CM Punk. Let your AI partner do all the work and just occasionally attack if your opponent is trying to pin your partner. I chose a big man partner because of the fact that they're harder to beat. Also, sometimes the computer will reverse and it will look like you took no damage, but thats just annoying because it happened to me once and apparently if they reverse you take some damage. So just get a big man partner, let him beat up on some little guy while you stay back then either let your partner KO/pin him or you can do it yourself.

I tried it quite a few times in the Handicap match way. For some reason wasn't unlocking, than tried a triple threat and finally unlocked.

Gonna try a Triple Threat and see what happens.

Edit: Worked when I did a Handicap match. For some reason I didn't get the achievement for winning a Handicap match tho lol.

I just did a triple threat match. I chose the Undertaker as my main character, Ultimate Warrior as the one beating down the CPU, and Piper as the CPU. I had Undertaker run away from Piper and taunt when I was able while I beat down Piper with Warrior. When Piper's health was flashing, I grappled him with the Undertaker after getting a finisher ready. Easy as pie.

I just picked random guys except for the one who had to stay perfect. I felt it was only fitting that I pick Mr. Perfect for that role.

Finally got it earlier tonight. The handicap match method works. And it can be done on Rookie difficulty. You pick a CPU partner, and an AI opponent. Let the CPU partner beat the crap out of the opponent while you do taunts on the outside of the ring to build up your finisher. Once you have a finisher, go into the ring and nail the opponent with your finisher. You can go for the pin, but I'd continue hitting him with finishers until he is knocked out.

Still not sure why the other more legit methods I did didn't work though. I'm thinking a reversal that does no damage will void this achievement, but at the same time, I don't recall the CPU reversing anything the three times I did this legit. Hm, oh well, at least the handicap method works.

Want to go with a reversal voiding the achievement. Happened to me a few times, in the handicap match, or just simply getting bumped somehow for no damage from the opponent.

Contender 1v1 Hogan vs. Guerrero
Contender 3-Man Elimination Hogan vs. Rock(AI) vs. Edge(AI)

*And each match was won with me (Hogan) taking no damage and suffering no reversals

I got this achievement by starting a singles match with two controllers. I just knocked down the other wrestler and pinned him. Achievement popped.
