Cant complete game

Ok so Im playing through the game and i have 86 missions complete in 18.5 hours. I complete that special someone mission and after that I cant do any more missions. None show up. I tryed reloading, saving, waiting but nothing. I used a couple of the cheats I dont know if that has aneything to do with it. Please help.

Have you already exchanged the girl you kidnapped before? If not, wait for a few days (save a few times) for Packie to call you.

If you have, then wait for Pegorino to call you.

I noticed that if you don't get any missions try the following:
a). Call EVERYONE. Sometimes Roman or Packie have little blurbs to say before you do the next mission
b). Go check your emails and surf the internet for a few minutes. A couple of times I did this while there weren't any missions and as soon as I logged off my cell rang and I had more missions
c). Get cars for Brucie. Sometimes all you need is a save (and some wasted time) before the next missions unlock
d). Go to a save point, go to bed. Pretty self explanitory.

If all else fails then you, my friend, are royally screwed

Calling everyone will help. Or just wait for someone to call you maybe.

sometimes sleeping can help, the progression in time will cause someone to call you quicker.

Just to add as i had this a few months back, michelle your first girlfiend has a mission later on with a question mark on it (trying to avoid spoilers), if you dont do this mission fairly quickly the question mark icon disappears but she is still there waiting for you to do the mission, on my last playthrough this halted me for hours. As soon as i did it, boom everything opened up and i was on my way again.
