How to kill Lyssa in 4 minutes on expert?

I'm on my second playthrough on expert difficulty and I need to fulfill all secondary objectives on expert to obtain all items.

So far it was not so hard but this boss makes me sick.

How can I defeat her on expert in 4 minutes? I've equiped all good items I have but it seems you need to drawn her health 3 times to beat her but at the moment it's impossible.

Anyone got so far and can give me some tips?
