It Wont Let Me Save My Game!?

every time i go to save my game it says,

"game progress cannot be saved on another gamer profile's save file"

but im on the same gamer profile i was on when i saved it yesterday

That's odd... only time I have that kind of problem is if I have my guitar hero contoller plugged in and don't realize it and I'm on the second player controller... maybe thats it?

I had the same problem would let me finish 40% of the game then when i would save it would give me that message, so I thought may as well get the cheat achievement, played it again the other day just to see saved fine
