The game is on the way in the mail so I checked out the list had one question...Are the 3 missable achievements hard to miss? They say to complete all optional hunts for 3 different animals, but are these hunts offered and you can turn them down or what? I've read mediocre reviews so want to make sure I can bang this out in one playthrough.
