So we had a full lobby of 16 people trying for the achievement and we searched for a skirmish. I got kicked out and then went to recent players to try and get back in, after i connected the lobby came up and then the map loaded with like 13/16 connected. After the map loaded the achievement popped for me but no one else. Maybe something to try?
EDIT: We've had a breakthrough, start a match with 16 players, people will get kicked out no matter what because of these shitty servers, when re-entering, the last person to re-enter gets the achievement.

Well obviously try the normal way first but if people get kicked then try to be the last person to re-enter.

For me and my friends it would only work for the host. So we did it about 5 times before people had to leave.
