ok so this was weird I thought I'd share it with you all. I thought popularity contest was glitched for me because at some point in my game after already having 13-16 friends my tracker stopped working and it didn't do me anymore good. Well many hours later after beating the game, collecting stuff, weapons, etc. all I had left was popularity contest. Instead of starting a new character I tried one more time to get the tracker working for the achv. I did one more friend quest and of course, nothing happened.
but then,
5min later or so while walking around Brightwal all of a sudden on my screen popped "Popularity Contest: 0/20"
wtf?
So I did one more friend quest to test it and it said 1/20!
Lo and behold, 19 friend quests later I got my last cheevo for this game. Somehow my game reset the glitch. Thought I'd share this in case someone wanted to analyze the info.
but then,
