Completeing Fantastic Mode Does NOT unlock the achievement for completing it on normal, so 2 play throughs minimum.
You can level select, and depending on how you play might need to play through a few times, to:
A. Collect the Silver tokens
B. Collect the doom things
C. Complete both difficulties
D. Level everyone up
All 4 of my characters are about mid way, bar the Thing who is all but 2 things completely levelled after playing through once.
The only way to get the game on Normal mode is to Start a New game, but they way it saves i think it will overide my current game so not gonna risk it untill i've levelled everyone then ill start a new game on Hero mode :)
