I had the same problem with PDZ. I played it for months and my TrueSkill never went up. I think it may just not work right, because I used to play with a lot of people who played it for a long time and still had 4 TrueSkill.
It doesn't really matter much though, TrueSkill rankings mean nothing...at all.

The member profiles section can be found here (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=151).
But shouldn't this thread be moved to the PDZ forum?

Hmmm yes indeed it should, I actually have the same problem where my trueskill will no longer rise on PDZ, its stuck at around 7 I think :(
And I know I'm bloody good at the game and only play ranked ever

Check out this article: http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/662/662347p1.html
If you can read past all the bad attempts at being humorous, it basically says that the TrueSkill system is an overall assessment of how you play based on how you do each game and how often you do so. The more you play the more it has to go on. But more play does not mean a higher skill, just a more accurate one.

I've never played a ranked match in PDZ, Does true skill mean anything in this game?

It's supposed to help match you into more evenly skilled gamed.
