If anyone is still playing this:
The ONLY thing that seems to work time and time again is:
Make sure all the settings are set to what the other threads say
1. Skate round your goal - any player will do
2. Hit right trigger and speed over the score zone (over second blue line)
3. You HAVE TO HAVE A BREAKAWAY CALLED by the commentators
4. Release the right trigger and hold down X and then one of the team opposition will smack into you and you will get the penalty.
This happened EVERY tiime, but only when the commentators stated that there was a breakaway - or at least there was no doubt that you are on a breakaway (ie no one between you and opposition goalie)
