What exactly counts as a bonus item for the purpose of this achievement? I played through level 1 and never picked up a weapon upgrade but I didn't get the achievement. I think I accidentally picked up extra grenades when a boat exploded and it landed on me, is that what caused it?
Can I pick up food items and stuff?
Can I run into the POWs as long as I don't pick up the upgrade or do I have to jump over them? Thanks in advance.
