god dammit this achivemnt is giving me a bad time!!

i have tryed it loadz of times done 3 times on the second mission, is it glitched? or what.. ok i use the bar which u get at the start when that runs outta ammo i pick one from the ememy and machine gun, i dont use any nade nor do i punch them!! do u have to do it with a certain gun or what help please

Next time check the Achievement Guides before posting, this has been answered already:-

Assault Trooper 15
Complete a mission by firing only assault rifles. Melee attacks don't count.

On the second mission of the game you can use the BAR for this achievement. Be precious with your ammunition as it is not plentiful. You can also use an enemies MP44. If you have problems with this, try it on Easy difficulty. Some have been saying that you cannot use grenades or melee attacks if you want to get this one
