Hey, I was just wondering if I want to get the Tag Team Champ Title with another partner will I have to lose with my current Partner?

E.g. I win The Title as Reiko and my partner Dixie and then I want to win the title with Evil Rose as my partner.

Yes, you do have to lose the belts as your current team to win them with another team if one of the members of the new team is a current champion.
