The Achievement Guide states that this should be done in Boxing Begginer mode butI have found that you need to do this in amateur skill level as two knock outs on the begginer skill knock the computer out and game over.

On amateur you can knock the computer out 3 times in one round.

yes, you pick the 2nd difficulty, which i believe is amature...confirmed.. Under the other members guide i put in my two cents and i believe this was one of them, i dont think he added it to the guide though, but he did add a few other things from the post..
