Okay so I just started My Player and I am about 50+ games in. The team told me to select people that I thought that they could realistically get in trades. I selected some good players without even thinking about it.

I got drafted by the Miami Heat and I was just wondering if anyone knew if the team went relentlessly after these trades because I dont want to lose James and Wade. They dish too many great passes and score in the clutch. Basically great players that I want on my team.

Im on my second season with the memphis grizzlies and theyve asked me who they should trade for a handful of times and theyve never made a trade. Theoretically the heat would never trade wade or lebron because they wouldnt even come close to equal value for them so i wouldnt worry about it if i were you.

Ok man thanks. I just selected a bunch of young talent with 5 stars so I was just wondering if they might put together to trade with our superstars to get them so this make me feel better.

Yeah, same here, I'm about done with my 2nd season, and I've a couple of times had to choose 5 players. First time, I choose 5 all-star caliber players, got none of them. The second time, I choose 5 average players, same thing, got none of them. Next time, I'm going to choose 5 of the worst players I can find and see if a trade for any of those will even go through.

Sounds like a plan. Let me know what happens when you pick 5 bad players.

well, that strategy didn't work either. I picked 5 horrible players - however, my team (the Spurs) ended up acquiring Delonte West and Brad Miller in trades. So, while it's nice that you can "offer your input," that input really doesn't amount to anything.

Haha must not be MJ yet. I bet the Bulls listened to him.
