photo op glitch

i've done all the photo ops - and the ach won't unlock

i cant even re-do any photo ops now since they no longer appear on any of my maps??? - only photo op 7 which i have completed!!!

Same here, in the picture gallery it doesn't show any picture in photo op 3. i cant remember have i done it, ive replayed the races but it wont unlock photo op 3
