Mexico?

ive done the Nigel and Seth missions and done some of the lost souls too. but how do i get to Mexico?

I just got there last night. The last thing you do with Nigel is meet up with him and he tells you a train of soldiers is going to Mexico. You go get a uniform and then head to the train, after the mission you are in Mexico.

Have you finished all the green "?" stranger missions in the US? I had to finish the last one before I could do the final Nigel mission.

ive done some of them. im trying to find a retcher for someone but i cant find any.

If it's the mission I'm thinking of it tells you to go to Gaptooth Ridge to find a Retcher.
